Being a caregiver for someone with a chronic and severe medical condition like Dravet Syndrome is exhausting, mentally and physically, even under the best of circumstances. Patient families were filled with even more fear and uncertainty than usual in 2020 with the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the globe.
Jim and Diana Santori understand this past year has been even more challenging for people on so many levels and they would like to raise spirits as well as funds for DSF:
We have a challenge for everyone. There’s no doubt that the year 2020 was a dark cloud over all of our heads. But we truly believe that every cloud has a silver lining and that almost all of us have experienced a ray of light that broke through that cloud. What was your bright spot? We want to hear about something positive that happened to you last year. Not only will your stories spread happiness to others but they’ll also raise money for a good cause. Jim and I will donate $50 to Dravet Syndrome Foundation for the first 100 people who post their story and picture! Who’s ready to take the Silver Lining Challenge?
