DSF’s Caregiver Connect Grants

Caregiver Connect Grants are available from $100-$300 and can partially or fully fund a Dravet gathering in your area. At this time, Caregiver Connect grants are only available for events within the United States.  

To apply for a grant, you must be a member of the DSF Family Network. If you are unsure if you are a member of the DSF Family Network, you can email Jennifer@dravetfoundation.org prior to filling out this form.

An applicant may only apply once for a grant each calendar year. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your application to be reviewed and approved.

Caregiver Connect Grant Form

  • To qualify for a Caregiver Connect grant, the event organizer must be a member of the DSF Family Network. If you are unsure if you are a member of the DSF Family Network, you can email Jennifer@dravetfoundation.org prior to filling out this form.
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Please let us know the grant amount you are requesting, between $100-$300, to help offset the cost of your family gathering.
  • Please describe your gathering and what it will offer (i.e., food, beverages, paid speaker, kids' activities, etc), as well as how many Dravet families will be participating and the total number of estimated attendees.
  • By checking this box and signing below, you agree that if funds are awarded, they will be used specifically for the designated event you have applied for. Should the event be cancelled or the date changed, you are responsible to notify Jenny Gallo at jennifer@dravetfoundation.org. You also agree to notify us and return any funds to DSF that are not used in the execution of your event.
