Join us for DSF’s 5th Biennial Conference on June 23-25, 2022, in collaboration with Cook Children’s Medical Center, at The Worthington Renaissance, Fort Worth, Texas.

This 3-day event is unique in that it is designed to unite all groups committed to improving the lives of those with Dravet syndrome – including families, caregivers, clinicians, researchers and professionals in the pharmaceutical industry. There will be speaker presentations on the latest advances in research as well as sessions with up to date information impacting patient care. This event allows the opportunity to foster new relationships and collaborations, both for families and professionals.

CME & CNE credits are available for healthcare professionals for our sessions on Friday, June 24th.

Please note:  No Dravet patients (children or adults) or siblings under 18 are permitted in conference sessions. Since this important educational event only happens every 2 years, we want to offer an uninterrupted experience for those in attendance, as well as the ability to share recorded sessions with families and professionals who are unable to attend in person. We recognize that this may make it difficult for some parents or caregivers to attend. To attempt to accommodate everyone’s unique situation, there will be a hospitality suite at the hotel for Dravet patients and their caregivers during the day and recorded sessions will be available on our website 3-4 weeks after the event. All community members are welcome at evening social events.

We will once again offer conference pass sharing for families. Two parents or a parent and caregiver may share one conference registration if they are taking turns caring for a Dravet child onsite. Only one person per pass will be permitted in sessions at any one time.

For a more family-friendly educational experience on a smaller scale, we would recommend our Day of Dravet workshops. These one day events have educational sessions in the morning with time for families to connect in the afternoon. Dates for the 2022 Day of Dravet workshops will be posted on our website in late summer and typically take place between September to December each year.
