How often and where is the conference held?

DSF typically hosts its Family & Professional Conference every 2 years. The location changes from region to region across the U.S. Due to the pandemic, we were forced to postpone our 2020 event. We hope to meet again in person in 2022 at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. In the meantime, we will offer this virtual event in 2021 to keep our community up to date on treatments and research.

 

When do I have to register by?

All attendees must register for the conference by Sunday, June 20th, 2021, to allow our staff time to prep for the event. 

 

What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration fee includes live attendance at all of our scheduled sessions, as well as 90-day on-demand access to recordings of these sessions as well as our special library on other topics of interest. You may also participate in our virtual lounges on Friday and Saturday evening to connect with other families. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to jennifer@dravetfoundation.org Cancellation requests received on or before June 20, 2021, are fully refundable. Cancellation requests received after June 20, 2021, are nonrefundable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, you can expect the refund within 14 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
